Hi, my story:
As i was saving my Microsoft word... i think in between saving i turned off the power, i immediately returned it on... When i clicked the microsoft word file, as it starts to open i get an error messege saying: The document name or path is not valid. Try These suggestions: blah blah blah, i tried them and not surprising they dont work. A new file got created byside the Word document: ~WRD0217.tmp ... It is the same KB size as the original... I have a win98 (i kno i need to update) any suggestions?
When I click file > open > history all i get are "shortcut" links which lead my to the same damaged filed....
Thank for reading...

P.S. i have saved this file before and it has 5 days old, so is there sumthin i can do in DOS or something to retireve the last succesful file.

Are there any physical issues? aside from discomfort? that can have lasting effects? I did hear about one solder that came back from iraq with a ruined bladder because she had to hold her urine for sometimes 18 hours at a time. Not she's partially incontinent. Can this really happen?

I know I need to assume n is odd, then show that there exists an integer k such that n^2 = 8k + 1

so assuming n is odd
i can say n=2j + 1 (where j is an integer)
n^2= (2j +1)^2


but i just can't figure out how to manipulate this in order to prove the conclusion! am i even starting right?

please help! :)
