mine always went to sleep when we took them for a ride in the car..also..and I know this sounds weird but have you run the vacuum cleaner? it also worked with mine as well as the clothes washer running. We always had the white noise and air movement of a fan in their room as well. Now they are 19 and 18 yrs old and I can't blast them out of bed

Is she stuffy? Ears bothering her? Having a growth spurt? Are you tense? Any of these could be adding to her not being able to go to sleep. You could lie down (awake) and put her on your bed with you. She may just want to be with Mama.

What's a binky???? Sounds like you need to take the extra time to give her love and help her get rid of too much acid or gas. Sit down and put her on your lap on her tummy; then raise your heels up and down while you gently pat her behind and sing and coo to her. It works most of the time. P.S. Did you change her diaper and does she have a rash????

Do you have a baby swing? My kids always fell asleep in that. Good luck to you....many of us have been there before!

It is either teething or separation anxiety, or both!
