There are a lot of "grey areas" between 'good' and 'bad', and the same thing can be good for one reason and bad for a different reason.
If you mean strictly healthwise, and assuming that any sunbathing will be damaging to your skin, then suppose that IF it were done with little or no sunscreen, you could classify it as 'bad'.
If you are not concerned about the health aspects, and only the aesthetics, it could be 'good' in so far as you would get an even tan with no tan lines to interfere possibly with an outfit. For more aesthetics, if you have a nice looking body, then probably 'good' for the reason of no tan lines, and the reason for being pleasing for others to look at (not perverts, just other sunbathers). If you have a real ugly body, well, if you're worried about aesthetics as far as the view of your fellow sunbathers, I guess it could be on the 'bad' side, if your body really disgusts the ppl around you.
If you are talking 'politically correct', then in this day and age, the majority would probably consider it 'bad', as it would fall under the 'decency' law as indecent and therefore wrong, or 'bad'.
If you mean morally, everyone has their own morals. If you are on private property or in the company of other nude sunbathers in a place where it is acceptable, I personally don't think that would be immoral, as ppl are born nude, it's natural. Besides, I don't think there are many ppl of either sex who really have no clue about what you are hiding under your clothes. So in this scenario, I would say that as long as you're not concerned about getting skin cancer or signs of aging on your privates, you would avoid getting tan lines, and you would not be offending your Creator (IMO), as you were not born w/ clothes, so I would assume that they are not something that would be immoral to go w/o, therefore under this scenario, it would be 'good'.
Under the category of moral and/or politically correct, or just plain consideratre, if you are in a public place that is not designated for nude sunbathing, or where there are minor children and you strip naked to sunbathe, well, that I think would be 'bad', because it would be in poor taste, it would be illegal, and probably frightening to any children around and their parents.
That was the best I could do... Good Luck!

Well from a spectators point of view I am sure it is a great thing, haha.
However for the sunbather sunbathing at all, nude or partially clothed is still generally dangerous. When you tan you damage your skin from the suns rays of radiation, and over time this can lead to melanoma,or 'skin cancer'.Increasing the area of your body exposed to the sun may increase the area over which you may get melanoma or increase the likelyhood that you may contract melanoma. Also, statelaws may prohibit nude sunbathing under 'indecent exposure' laws.

Bad thing, ever see those old ladies with all the spots on their face? Or the old people that look like their skin is made of leather? Or someone with a prosetic nose because theirs was removed because of skin cancer? That's what the sun is good for. Wait and see.

It's good because you get a wiked sexy tan, but it is bad because the sun causes cancer, wrinkles, and age spots. A little sun is not too bad, but don't stay out in the sun for any longer than a couple of hours.

sunbaking ??? well I've never baked in the sun, but I suppose if it's hot enough a cake might be baked...but nude ??? no...baking nude isn't recommended, you might burn tender parts...
(I think the word you wanted is sunbathing. and I wouldn't do that either...skin cancer...
dried out leathery skin....yuck.)

Sunbathing is one matter. Sunbaking, on the other hand, can toast your buns.

I agree with the good/bad answer. Yes an all over tan is awesome and sexy. Also, feeling the sun on your body is fantastic.
Bad, Sun cancer and that is a shame.
