You are working as a consultant on a video game designing a bomb site for a World War I airplane. In this game, the plane you are flying is traveling horizontally at 44.8 m/s at an altitude of 130 m when it drops a bomb.

(a) Determine how far horizontally from the target you should release the bomb.
(b) What direction is the bomb moving just before it hits the target?

This is the question I'm having trouble with. It shouldn't be that hard, but it's just not clicking for some reason. I don't necessarily want someone to do the problem (that's my job) but tell me how I should go about solving it. Thanks.

Congress Approval Rating Matches Historical Low
Just 18% approve of job Congress is doing

by Jeffrey M. Jones
GALLUP NEWS SERVICE
PRINCETON, NJ -- A new Gallup Poll finds Congress' approval rating the lowest it has been since Gallup first tracked public opinion of Congress with this measure in 1974. Just 18% of Americans approve of the job Congress is doing, while 76% disapprove, according to the August 13-16, 2007, Gallup Poll.
That 18% job approval rating matches the low recorded in March 1992, when a check-bouncing scandal was one of several scandals besetting Congress, leading many states to pass term limits measures for U.S. representatives (which the Supreme Court later declared unconstitutional). Congress had a similarly low 19% approval rating during the energy crisis in the summer of 1979.
Americans' evaluations of the job Congress is doing are usually not that positive -- the vast majority of historical approval ratings have been below 50%. The high point was 84% approval one month after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, when Americans rallied behind the federal government. Since then, Congress' approval ratings have generally exhibited the same downward trajectory seen in those for President George W. Bush. Currently, 32% of Americans approve of the job Bush is doing as president, a far cry from the record-high 90% he received in September 2001. Bush's current job approval rating is just three percentage points above his lowest.
There was a slight interruption in the downward trend in congressional approval ratings at the beginning of this year when party control changed hands from the Republicans to the Democrats following last fall's midterm elections. In January 2007, 35% of Americans approved of Congress, a significant increase from the 21% who approved of Congress in December 2006. That December rating tied the lowest in the 12 years the Republicans controlled Congress from 1995 to 2006.
But that "honeymoon" period for the new Democratically controlled Congress was brief, as its job ratings dropped below 30% in March 2007 and have now fallen below where they were just before the Democrats took over.

My marriage is mortally wounded, bleeding and for all purposes.. dead. I have children to consider, my wife is not interested in counseling or reconciliation yet she doesn't seem to want to end it. Its like she wants her cake and eat it too (like a marriage of convienience but she and I have different goals and priorities...we're like strangers)

How to I continue when my life is in such disaster? Do file for divorce and be alone for the rest of my life? Or do I continue business as usual for my kids sake?

Its hard getting up and going to work or even have fun in my personal time when all these issues are a dark cloud over me.

I have no real friends to discuss these things with who will understand..so I guess I need one of you to help me see this thing clearer.

Need some practical advice from anyone who has it...Thanks

In this movie, Doc Holliday (Val Kilmer) says a great line, when confronted by one of his antagonist:

"I'm your Huckleberry."

What did he mean by this? Huck was a friend of Tom Sawyer and Becky in the novel which introduced us to the character Huck Finn. So, does that mean the antagonist is really a protagonist? What was the meaning of this line?

In a recent years she started to smoke cigars on a daily purpose, smoking a lot of cigars every day, she is inhaling smoke very deeply and says that she likes big smoke that fills her inside. I noticed that she often feels dizzy and constantly out of breath, but she says she is fine. She is always coughing a lot very hard. Is it a big problem?
