Most certainly, God loves ALL h00kers and ALL pimps. God loves every human person, saint or sinner. Of course I do not say that hookers and pimps are sinners. I cannot judge them. Only God can judge them as sinners or not. But God abhors hooking and "pimping". In other words, God loves the siiner but not his sins.
