Thin skin. That's why older people do A LOT. If you know you're going to get a bruise, put some ice (or frozen veggies) on it for 10 minutes. Then you won't get the bruise. I like that question. Give that girl a star!! :)

I dont do any of those top two.. but I have always bruised easily all my life. I've always been border line anemic too... but really.. I think its just the person. Win you hit something you break the blood vessels causing you to bruise and for some all it takes literally is a flick of a finger :)

it could be a number of things.
1, you could just be a person who bruises easily.
2, thyroid trouble
3, aneamia
it could also be something different from these
so i would consult your gp or ask the practise nurse

simply could be a hormonal in balance in your system go to the doctors and get it checked out with a blood test

This was the first signs of my daughters leukemia. Better to get a blood test to rule it out than ignore it.
