I just ate 3 granola bar 480 cals
peanut butter half the container..probally more then 1000 cals!
3 eggs 210 cals
cake 500 cals
salad with beans 200 cals
yogurt 100 cals
cookies 180 cals
coffee w/. sugar n soda 200 cals
what the f uck is wrong with me it is 11 am:( i want t o die
should i try to puke some of it

oh my Lord! I know exactly how you feel. I gained nearly 40 lbs in one year by binge eating. I hated myself every time i did it, but i was addicted and couldnt stop, like drugs or something. First of all, you need to understand why you are doing it. There is always a root to eating disorders, a cause of some sort. Maybe family problems, or emotional distress, and your body is using binge eating to cope with it. Correct me if I am wrong, but that is usually the case, at least it was with me. The important thing you need to keep in mind is that YOU CAN STOP, AND YOU WILL GET BETTER. I did, but i couldnt do it on my own, i needed help from somebody stronger. You need to seek help. Search online for help on eating disorders. There are lots of numbers you can call, and if that is not your type of thing, then talk to somebody you can trust and you know can help you. Me heart goes out to you and all the eating disorder victims, but there IS A WAY. DONT GIVE UP, your life is a precious gift from God, weather you can believe it or not.

Go outside and walk. Jog a little if you can. If you have access to a gym where you can lift weights, do some of that. Exercise wil help burn a little off and it will help regulate your blood sugar - which is probably off the charts.
I'm not saying you need to go work your butt off, but just go do some general exercise and get out of the house.
Please please please, don't make yourself puke. I know how you feel buddy - I weighed 305 at one point. Next time, try to pace yourself on eating and forget it this time :)

You could get out of the house and go for a walk perhaps? Take a good hour long walk and next time you're thinking about eating and you're not really hungry...do the same...go out for a walk and get out of the kitchen. If you're not near the food..you cant eat it.

don't hate yourself and don't do anything drastic. really watch what you eat for the next few days to make up for it. exercise more to help burn off the calories. go for a walk or do some other exercise. you can burn off calories and get some endorphins in your system to help your mood.

When you want to binge, go ahead. Just start with a full glass of water. It will fill you up earlier.

do nothing sure u will feel full for awhile go for a walk in an hour and get that stuff digesting, sometimes people just do that. please do not vomit it is not good for u

yeah go purge, it always makes me feel better. Drink a lot of liquid , jump up and down for a few minutes, then it will come up easier....
drink more and do it again
repeat until stomach is empty.
