Ok the problem is:
(3x^3-2ax^2+bx+1) - (cx^3+5x^2-7x+9) = -x^3+x^2-2x+4d
I am so confused, especially on how to add and subtract the exponents. Can you explain this to me?

1. These things don't matter. Torture of an enemy, no matter how evil, no matter how ruthless is in direct violation of the principals of democracy.

2. The fact that they would do it to us just proves the point even more. They do it. We don't. That is what makes us the good guys and them the bad guys. As Friedrich Nietzsche said "Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster."

3. Don't you think an enemy would be more willing to surrender if they knew they would be treated humanely? If they knew they would be tortured they'd probably strap a bomb to themselves to blow up a few people as they went.

4. Torture makes new enemies. George Washington, the father of our country, strictly forbade mistreatment of POW's during the Revolutionary War, even though the enemy allowed it. This actually convinced enemy troops to join the American cause.

I am taking classical guitar at school, i am stuck on the two string alternation, which is an exercise in which you alternate between the high e and b string, however, i am stuck doing it, because i dont get the finger picking part because in certain parts both fingers end up in the same string so i dont know if i have to do the rest stroke or dont rest the finger that picked at all can someone please explain?

John calls his boss in the morning, "I cant come work today I feel really sick. I got a headache, stomach ache, and my legs hurt, so I wont be in."

The whole question before forming your opinion? Or, do you scan the parts of the question you think are the most important part of the question knowing you might misinterperet the entire question and get it wrong? Do you just venture a guess because the odds are 50 - 50 you'll get it right and those are good odds? Or, do you skip it completely thinking you'll come back to it later - again knowing you won't? Do you not answer because you don't like the questioner? Or, do you not answer 'cause you truly don't know the answer? Do you answer 'cause you don't want people to think you don't know the answer? Or, do you not answer 'cause you want people to think you are too smart to answer such a dumb question? Do you feel ashamed to answer because you don't want people that know you to know you are wasting your life away answering stupid questions on P & S? Do you not answer because the Feds are after you and you don't want to give them any leads? Or, do you just not feel the need to?

I have a 12 weeks old Yorky, we tried to take him for evening walks, but all he does is lay flat on the ground, basically like a piece of rug, refuse to even walk one step, but he'll follow us without a leash, when we go for walks. I'm afriad one of these day he might get run over by a car. So what can I do to make him walk with a leash?

is an open relationship good even though your partner is one fo those really good mormon type of people that dont party, cheat, drugs.....my gf is leaving for college that isnt that far like about 2 hours maybe less but still that means she wouldnt be here to hang out with....she is more of a school girl and would rather study her whole freshman year so she doesnt fail or anything...so having me would just be slowing her down in her studies.....do you think i should try to make it an open relationship or not.....we started from nothing...i met her junior year and now we dated for 1 year.....and both of us do believe in marital sex...so i we can wait....but its just the distance part that i need help on....
