I am getting ready to close on my refinance. I called my current lender to make a payement and they advised me not to make a payment this close to closing because it will just be returned back to me because the amount is included in my payoff. How accurate is this? Will I now have to pay that at my closing?

Recently i went and picked up my trailer where it had been sitting for awhile, and i sold it (dont have need or room for it) well apparently a friend of mine who at one time kept some stuff in it returned saying i stole his home and stuff in it....he was gonna call cops, get me for stealing, etc...what does "owner" cover? he disappeared more that 6 weeks ago..
What I dont get is-if im the legal owner doesnt that cover whats inside too.

I am 8 1/2 months pregnant ,i have tried to put foil in the bassinett to deter him, however he thought it was a fun shiny toy and ripped the foil and crib sheet to pieces! i am afraid he will try to jump in there once she is born, he is very cuddly so i am also afraid that he will try to sleep in there with her and accidentally suffocate her. Help!

My friend just rescued a dog from a shelter. The dog is very sweet and unfortunately has Kennel cough. She has been on 2 kinds of medicine since Tuesday. I believe one is an antibiotic. Is it safe to introduce her to my dog? Is she still contagious? My dog gets yearly vaccines, I'm just not sure if his boardatella is up to date because I don't board him.

For a minute or so almost every day my Focus gives a cough and the speedo stops working. The engine continues to run as normal and then the speedo starts again. What causes this. I have a colleague who experiences the same thing with her Focus.
