I went to a gas station, slipped my bank card in the pump and the screen said flip up the nozzle, then went blank. I messed with the flipper thing then after about a minute, I walked in and told the clerk I did not know if it was my bank card or the pump but the screen went blank and the gas did not kick on. She told me to go to a different pump because the pump was malfunctioning, so I backed up my car and pumped 5 bucks in gas.
Tonite my bank statement shows me someone pumped $75 worth of gas on my bankcard and it was not me. I called the gas station and they told me to call the manager in the morning. Im upset now and cannot sleep. Who do you think is responsible for that $75 dollars in gas? I think since she told me the pump was broke, and to go to a different pump, she had access to that pump and should have shut it off from inside the station and not let another customer pump gas from that pump. Especially not on my bill.
