so my friend nicole whose is really worried because she has vaginal swelling on the inside. but theres no other symptoms like it doesnt irritate her or anything. we're worried it might be an STD but we dont know. she's only had sex with one guy, her boyfriend, but he didnt wear a condom last time. she cant ask her mom because her mom doesnt know and would flip out.

Sometimes if you are not lubricated enough during intercourse or if it was forceful you can have internal swelling. Tell her to wait for a few days before haveing intercourse again and see if the swelling goes down. If there is an unusual discharge, oder, fever or pain then she must see a doctor right away.
There are over the counter lubricants she can use and also foreplay to get her ready. Maybe try being gentle in the beginning and saving the "jungle effing" for later in the game!

Your friend should go to a gyno and have a pap-smear done, since she is now sexually active.
There ae usually sexual-health clinics that are confidential aswell, so her mom wont find anything out.
Also, the gyno will be able to prescribe her with some birth control..she's gonna need that too!

if the intercourse was first time than it may be because of rubbing of skin..be patient and wait
