ok heres the deal i,ve went from never exercising to working out 2 hrs a day and i,ve been dieting eating only veggies and lean meats, sometimes just once a day its been two months now and the scales stayed the same, i don,t get it i,m so frustrated i could scream any ideals on why i,m not losing!

I kind of want to go alone, but it's kind of a business trip (delivering legal stuff to a friend) in exchange for travel $.

Is it safe to go alone? Better to go with someone? If it works out well I'd be going back every few months or so.

i think he's too big. this is probably the last time i post a question for a while because im getting my tank set up for breeding (yaay :D)
but i can go out for another one tommorow (monday) and get one smaller if this one is too big. ANd are there any succesful betta breeders that used a 5 gallon tank cause i can buy a 10 gallon too lol. Well thank you everybody especially magicman, fishiefin, andd copperhead for all the help. Hopefully i'll be a mommy soon. :D

Ok i have heard you can not loose weight in one perticular place but the funny thing is my body is very thin and my face is very chubby i dont think it is the way my face is ment to by because just recently became fat, can anyone tell me how to loose weight around that area?
