ok heres the deal i,ve went from never exercising to working out 2 hrs a day and i,ve been dieting eating only veggies and lean meats, sometimes just once a day its been two months now and the scales stayed the same, i don,t get it i,m so frustrated i could scream any ideals on why i,m not losing!

Your body's metabolism is adjusting to your new lifestyle and holding onto the foods that you do eat. You should go to a library and get a NUTRITION book (notice i didnt say diet book) to learn about how this works. Also working out more than one hour a day is not going to help you lose weight. You body will begin to build muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat.

It cannot be. Are you taking any carbs or even sugar? maybe you are eating potatoes? which are simple carbs but vegetables.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

are you checking your inches or body fat as well? as fat can turn to muscle when you start working out! (which weighs more than fat) it also depends on how big you were to begin with, the bigger you are the quicker you should lose weight , however if you were not that large in the first place it could just be a case of toning up , also if you are worried you could see your Dr as there are things like over/under active thyroid s that can hinder weight loss.

Hi, I don't think you are doing anything wrong. When you start exercising it will take 3 or 4 months to start showing you losing weight and strong and firm body. Make sure you drink a lot of water this will help flush your body out.

It could be that u have converted the fat that was in ur body to muscles......usually u need to do a diet for 2-3 weeks so you will lose weight in Fat, Muscles and Fluids....then u start working out and build up ur muscles.......moreover, don't do body building, it doesn't make u loose weight, try jogging, walking and swimming......

Well.... many refer to motorbikes (motorcycles) as Iron horses. I would have a hard time choosing between a fast motorbike and a live, fast horse. Cars are too confining.

Quit drinking beer and sodas; even diet sodas, except maybe diet Mountain Dew (a personal favorite), instead of any sports deink, like Gatorade. And, like Poppy said DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

if you are filling your body with fluids after a exercises then you will see no difference ..you need to take into account that will not lose a lot of weight over a small time...but a lot over a long time...its so easy to put it on...but very hard to get it off....wish you all best...

i have had the same proplem all my life and have had enough!!! weight watches point system helped but i got to a certain weight and thats it!!! i have since been to the dr about it and have got a referal to see a surgion about stomach banding. Good luck
