He's making his list, checking it twice, and he's going to find out who's naughty or nice. They say he sees you when you are sleeping, and that he knows when you are awake. He knows when you are bad or good, so be good for goodness' sake.
Now, according to the Bible, God also has a list and is going to judge people. He knows the wheat from the chaff, and He watches over us when we sleep and are awake. And he wants me to be good, for goodness' sake.
God and Santa seem to want the same thing. Could they be the same? I asked God to be with the suffering, but they still suffered. I asked God to lead me not into temptation and then got tempted all the time. Jesus said whatever I asked for in his name would be granted, but I don't remember that ever happening, especially when I asked for all child abuse to end.
God wants what Santa wants, and God answers prayer no better than Santa. There is as much proof for God as there is for Santa. Maybe believing in either is stupid.
