Here's the question:

Deleted Question: God bless America, the greatest country on earth! My home.?

Question Details: There are so many on YA that show a dislike for our country. It’s sad that so many are our own citizens. I just wanted to say God bless America. She has carried us through so much and helped the peoples of other nations so many times. Our fighting men and woman are buried in foreign soil as a testament to that. God bless America!

One more thing, God bless our allies/friends around the world who at times have disagreed with us but would fight and die along side us!

I've always LOVED taking pictures and have been into photography for a while.

A friend of mine saw pictures I posted of myself on my website, and he offered me $150 to do a photo shoot for him. I gladly did it and it turned out amazing. He loved it... everyone loved it. It was the first photo shoot I ever did. And it was this summer. It took 2-3 days total... editing and everything.

And now I have a friend who wants me to take engagement photos. She saw the pictures I took from the photo shoot. But I'll be in school taking 15 hours. I still am really eager to do it. Do you think asking for maybe $200 instead (or perhaps more) is fair... since the 1st photoshoot was during the summer, and I had more time? Plus, photo shoots nowadays cost hundreds / thousands of dollars as it is........ I think I'm being quite reasonable........ right?

So, in Christianity, there is no soul recycling, so there are more and more souls over time. Where do they come from?

Are souls always separate or do they all come from a common soul-well?

Does the union of two souls on earth act as a spark to start a new soul?
Perhaps it pops into existence from some other realm like nightcrawler, or perhaps the spark acts as a magnet, drawing soul materials to it until it forms a complete soul. If so, could you determine a child's future goodness depending on the love between their parents(a stronger love perhaps creating a stronger soul-stuff magnet?)?

Are all souls identical? If not, does god choose which one goes where, or is it random?

Just wondering about general opinions on soul stuff. I don't care if you use logic, knowledge, or opinion. You don't really even need to keep it in reference to Christianity, though that is where my question sprang from.

I have found 7 levels of exposure understanding:
1. Full auto, using either auto exposure or match-needle with older film cameras.
2. Auto exposure, knows to use auto-exposure lock and reframe for scenes such as sunsets.
3. Uses exposure compensation for non-average scenes such as snow. Sets exposure using a gray card (or their hand) or a handheld ambient meter. Believes in 'perfect exposure'
4. Spot meter readings of important tones. Incident meter with compensation. This is the start of creative exposure expression.
5. Uses the Zone System shadow placement technique.
6. Uses the Zone System for shadow placement and development for contrast range expansion or compression, or actually understands digital HDR. Full creative expression
7. Understands the physics and math of exposure theory.

1-3 is a beginner, 4-5 is intermediate, 6-7 is advanced or expert.

Photogs must SHOW they are in 5 or 6 before I will accept them into advanced workshops.

Most of mine are beginner workshops...

My son 19 just moved out on his own, and i am kindof happy for him. He graduated from HS, has a good paying job, and is going to take online courses for college. I helped him built trust in himself since he did not believe in himself since my divorce from his dad years ago, and made him belive that he is not the looser his father thinks he is. I was hard on him most of his life, so he could be the best man he can be once he is on his own two feet. He now is happy to be out on his own and I am happy for him. I should feel sad that he has moved out today, but I am not. maybe a little, but more happy for him so he can really learn what it is like to stand on your own two feet. Is it wrong of me not to feel the empty nest snydrome? He has not been the most responsible kid with having ADHD, but I think that this will help him to learn responsibility. Am I feeling the right way as a mom? I am sure that it will hit me once I come back into his room tomorrow and see it empty.

From memory, I saw it around 2000-2001 and it was about a guy on some sort of space ship, he had a couple of alien friends (puppets) and they did something wrong so their punishment was they had to sit in a cinema and watch old movies. Alot of the movie was looking from the cinema down at the screen with the silhouette of the 3 characters sitting in front watching the movie. The characters also do their own commentary of the movie they are forced to watch, which is quite funny. They were speaking English in the movie but I can't remember if there were any subtitles. I would love to find this movie so if anyone out there can remember the name it would be much appreciated!!
