If you don't forgive something, no matter how big or how small, you can suffer emotional and spiritual hell. On the other hand, as long as you can forgive or ask help to forgive, anything can be corrected or healed where there is salvation and peace on earth.

Please note: Christianity and the Bible actually do not teach eternal hell, which is a cultural concept borrowed from the Greek concept of Hades.

The Scriptures teach that evil is burned up in the lake of fire and will no longer exist -- that only God's truth and love are eternal. So the Catholics teach this process in terms of "purgatory" or purging which has a beginning and an end.

Whatever you do or encounter negative in life, if you can admit or apologize for your part and forgive the rest, you can ensure the problem can be corrected or prevented in the future, and relations can be restored as harmoniously as possible. Not everything can be made perfect by physical standards, but you would be surprised the spiritual difference it can make to forgive and let go and let God. Only if you deny or project blame and cannot let go of anger, shame or hatred, will these negative energies accumulate and lead to earthly and/or spiritual hell. That is not eternal but is meant to pass, so the sooner you can forgive the past, the sooner you can be freed from it.

If your sins are not covered in the blood of the lamb you will be charged with all of them and you will receive your just reward that awaits you in hell. Read the bible and find out the details.
