I mean ive lost 24 pounds im kinda happy with being 125 pounds but i would like to shift some inches off the thighs and hips....could i do this with toning exercises and stretches...my programme now is doing 20 minutes jogging every day...75 sit ups and stretching holding the stretch for atleast 1-2 minutes...i eat around 1000 calories a day...do you think the inches will come off eventually...

My former employer is accusing me of trying to steal his customers more than a month after i left his company. He has showed up at my home accusing me of using his accounts, all my user names and passwords for everything was left on the computer i used while employed with him and anyone in the company had access to that information. What are my rights and options?

A study conducted in Sweden comparing the test score of a control group who had never used the pill verses a similar group that had used the pill found that in each group of 100 compared that of the 75 groups through out Europe tested in each case the children born to parents who had used birth control pills had children who where 30% below the normal test scores of those who had not used the pill . The pill was introduced to Europe long after it was begun in the United states . Europe has developed the morning after pill and is promoting it to replace the American version of birth control because they are aware of the harm . Each generation exposed becomes --well--- dumber .

Just thinking that maybe A-Rod has no interest in sticking around for another 10-15 years just to try and become the Home Run King. Maybe in 5 years, he leaves to go enjoy his 200+ million dollars. Boy would the public be pi$$ed about that.

Seems that people are nearly demanding that A-Rod right the ship by breaking Bonds record....

Don't gravitationalists realize they're basing their entire belief system on a false theory? The Theory of Gravity is a tool used by Lucifer to lure good people away from God.

Scientific theories are supposed to agree with predictions. Gravity does not agree with the prediction of the ascension in Revelation, therefore it is a bad theory.

Gravity teaches us that things fall down, when we know plenty of things don't fall down, such as helium balloons, planes, and missiles.

Intelligent falling teaches us the reason that some things fall and others rise is because of the pull of God's love and Satan's Evil.

God's love pulls things upward, toward Heaven, and Satan pulls them down toward the pit of fire. The reason most things fall is because most people believe in the theory of gravity, so Satan's pull is stronger.

We need to demand that the theory of Intelligent Falling is placed in physics textbooks as an alternative to the flawed Theory of Gravity.

I just answered a question about whether or not people would date a girl that's 200+ pounds that has stretch marks... and it made me think... jeez, we all have something that isn't perfect on our bodies...

I love my body... but it's not perfect! I have stretch marks... I have scars on my back that are absolutely UGLY.

But I still love my body, imperfections and all!

My boyfriend is extremely ticklish. His worst part is precisely the two "male"parts. Everytime I "play" with them he explodes in laughter uncontollably. I'm his first time so I don't know if this is normal for male newcomers. i want to satisfy him; not torture him. He begs me not to "play" with my mouth because he can't take it at all. If he feels my mouth close to "them" he starts to laugh like a maniac.

I hired a lawyer on a contigency basis since then he has told me he is in over his head and wants to call in a speciality lawyer he wants to hand the riens over to this guy and work with him. My question is I agreed to pay the first lawyer a percentage how is this other guy going to get paid? Do I have to give him a percentage as well or does it come out of lawyer #1 fees?
