you can't say each generation if it's only been tried on one cohort.
and look at the time frame they are talking about.. how many other influences may have coincided in their lives from beginning to have sex and use the pill/not use the pill and having a child?
the reason they haven't talked about these results is because there are too many variables, therefor not promoting valid results... I wouldn't even say you could derive any more than a weak to moderate coorelation from what you have shown me.
though I would be interested to look at the study as a whole if you have a link?

Just like how Sweden claims that homeopathic medicine, oriental medicine, massage and acupuncture cause infertility?
I don't buy it.
The hormones are out of a woman's system within a week of stopping use. However, any OB/GYN worth their medical degrees will always tell a woman to wait a few menstrual cycles before trying to conceive.
Fear mongering isn't going to change my mind.
BTW; my mom used the pill, my IQ is in the 160s. That kinda blows the theory out of the water.
Perhaps they should take a closer look at the upbringing these children had, and the age of the parents, versus what method of birth control their mothers used.

I do believe the "American Version of Birth Control" was developed, studied, patented and marketed by FRENCH Scientists, it existed in Europe 5 years before FDA approval here. And I am not stoopid, I just type slow.

My I.Q. is quite high and my mother was on BC ...
I think the study was not done well and they haven't released the findings because they might need to run another test to actually prove these "findings".
The morning after pill is way more harmful to the woman's system anyway. If you are not female ... I don't believe your opinions matter on the case of BC or anything of the sort.
Our society is dumber not because of BC, but because it is now okay to act stupid. Look at Paris, Nicole, Britney ... it's okay to be stupid and ditzy nowadays. Just like it's okay to cheat and disreguard your marital vows.
It's society, my friend, not a medication.

That report apparently deals with one specific medication.
Not will all forms of birth control pills.
And until the study can be verified for accuracy, it's just a theory -- more than one study is required before results are conclusive.
But it certainly provides a reason to conduct more studies.

Because one study does not make a truth. nothing else indicates a cause and effect relationship between birth control usage and the mental capacity of future born children.

The best thing is to speak to your gyno. Not all pills have the same side effects on all women. What makes one womens breasts to get bigger wont for another. It make be a case of trill and error

It is not "reported", because it is done with deliberate intent. The pill, being one of the most popular forms of medication, is the ideal vessel to carry a drug that decreases mental capability, ie to "dumb down" the populus, and therefore make them more subservient, and become modern "slaves" to the unnatural society we live in. The people running the show (the men behind the curtain) need us to work, and not question.
The media will not report any of this, as it too is used to control us.

Thats because American is more concerned with the moral decision of useing the morning after pill, opposed to using common sense.

Is it because the pill fell out when she stood up? Did anyone look at the IQ of the women involved? It sounds like you need a better control group!!!!!
