I'm having a long flight soon...approx 2x6hr flights and im thinking of havin some sleeping pills as its really hard for me to sleep on planes...can anyone suggest some best pills?and after effect is over whats the reaction of the human body??need to rest again normally after short time?

usually when i flip the switch the water goes down the sink, but nowadays the water comes up out of the sink when i turn on the ISE sink-erator. does anyone have any ideas of why this might be happening? thanks

My eyeglasses precription changed from -2.75 to -3.25 for both eyes. I just got my new glasses (first new ones in four years). I have pain in my eyes and a bad headache is this normal when your eyes are adjusting to new glasses? (This has nothing to do with eye dilation that was over two weeks ago) I have been wearing new glass for almost 3 days now. Thanks for any advice. :)

I'd like to do a few things around the house and to my RV, but I have no knowledge, is there a propane-torch level of welding that's strong? Meaning, do you have to invest in a lot of equipment and intense learning or can it be simple? Thanks.

I looked at some of the information, I was curious as to what it was all about....not much is told about it except what it can supposedly do for you...and then you can pay $250 for a starter kit and you must sign up for classes...I hope some of the morbidly obese people in my state sign up for this and lose weight...

But why so much money? I did the same thing the woman talks about, losing weight, getting off anti-depressants, quitting smoking, etc. all on my own...and it cost me nothing...

This was in response to a question just asked on "This Week" about how candidates would direct the war. It's currently playing on ABC this Sunday morning.

Paraphrasing, Rudy said that: "We need to be tough and not weak and determined to not settle for peace because you cannot negotiate with these insurgents." Was this a slip of the tongue? Does anyone else pick up on him equating "peace" with the word "weak"?

OK... I get the "not negotiating with insurgents" part, but why is "weakness" and "peace" decidedly off the table for this guy? Oh, Jesus wept!

We have been out with a realtor twice to see several houses. We have decided we would like to put a bid in on the house and put our on the market. We were looking into a different realtor because ours is not as available as we would like. When I tried to let her go, she said that we could not legally buy the other house without her since she was the one who first brought us to the house. Is this true - even though we have never signed any kind of contract with her? Is it a NJ law? Or is it an ethical thing? I feel trapped with someone I don't have full confidence in.

If one goes really deep into space and gets lost, stranded, enters a wormhole, whatever, is it possible that we could end up in an Earth where say for example JFK was never shot and died of old age? Or how about ending up in an Earth where the Axis powers won World War II?
How about traveling into the past? Is it possible to land into an Earth where its the time of the Roman Empire, or the time of Jesus Christ? What about landing in a future Earth where the year 3000, or 4000? Is this really possible? I know it sounds crazy, but given the complexity and vastness of the Universe, is there a remote possibility that this could happen?

I'm from the North, but I'd root for the South as long as slavery wasn't the issue or anything unethical. You know, it doesn't matter what the issue is, just who would win? You have 50 states to play with here. Alaska and Haiwaii may not even show. The best time to hit the North is in the winter, but maybe not, Southeners are not used to it. We have modern techs now like GPS and Hummers(before they were de-masculized)! Best answer should be interesting and maybe humorous. Anything insulting to either side will not be considered.
