That would explain why they are making NO effort to catch him and every effort to distract their base from the fact they have failed at catching him.
I would assume that the GOP leaders like Bin Laden free because it gives them another tool to manipulate the weak into voting their way. Keep them afraid of "terrorists" and they will keep voting Republican.

OSama Bin weighted down hated united statesa. as quickly as he found out we've been imparting Iraq with weapons and armament in the 80s. He became pissed that we could do one in all those concern. basically he became meant to be receiving palms from the U. S. governement.

Are you kidding me? Bill Clinton could have KILLED Bin Laden and he didn't! NOW, who is scared?

We are fighting the war on terror right now. My friends are over there fighting for your ability to write this question.

You are pathetic and a disgrace to our country.

Seems they're hellbent on strengthening Al-Qaeda, occupying a Muslim country (Iraq), taking out their enemy (Saddam), increasing terrorist recruits (Occupation).

Ah, the party that's "tough on terror" rofl...

I think you got the wrong party there. Clinton was the one who refused to confront and kill Bin-Laden when he had the chance three times. The guy was in the cross-hairs right in front of him, not hiding in a cave somewhere like he is now.

We are the party that has been going after them. It is the democrats by in large who want to run away in Iraq.

..OR ARE THEY JUST SCARED?

you must have made a typo and meant to say democrats...this actually began with Jimmy Carter who failed to act when our embassy was attacked and our people held and tortured for 444 days.

Clinton had several opportunities to deal with UBL and failed to do so.

you need to study some history and perhaps this would give you some accurate facts on this subject.

Please support your contention.

I am not Republican, and I find your lack of reasoning apparent.

What would you have them do? How would you go about defeating the Al-Qaeda? I'm not doubting you have an idea, but what is it? Say something positive instead of just heckling and baiting. Otherwise, you are just part of the problem, not of the solution.

The real problem is that conservatives and liberals in America seem to have developed different ideas as to what it means to be patriotic. This is being exploited by the mainstream media (including the owners of this outlet) to futher the divides between
liberal and conservative and futher entrench the vested interests of the Military-Industrial Complex. If liberals and conservatives ever stopped squabbelling and realised the Establishment is taking them for a ride, they might just exercise their right to overthrow an unjust government, either peacefully or forcefully.
