We have had lots of problems with our current landlord. She doesn't speak english well and therefore doesn't seem to understand our rights. She has come up to our SEPERATE apartment without permission before, once she brought a man from the gas company without giving us notice or even mentioning it until we got in a fight with her. She yells at us if we leave a fan on for long or once we went outside and left our tabletop fan on (all utilities are included) We asked a police officer who said she isn' allowed to do any of this and it's harrassment.

We are unsure if the walls being marked up from furniture would constitute normal wear and tear or not. There are no holes.

What is the new landlord allowed to ask her on the phone? What is our current landlord allowed to say? We're worried she is going to mention the fights when they were more her fault than anyone elses.

It took me 10 mins at least to get this one page up! I can't watch videos at all! I'm on a wireless connection and it says:speed:24mbps signal strength varies from low to very good STATUS: CONNECTED Why can't I connect very well? Don't ask "If you can't connect how are you asking the question" It connects, it just has to fail 50 times first! Whats wrong with it and how do I fix it?

I have the processor described above and I'm thinking of upgrading it to a 4000 san diego, but I'm not sure whether or not I should get a new cooler for it. I can't find the athlon 64 4000 box where I live, so box cooler is not an option. I have no intention of overclocking it.

My Girlffriend is a bridesmaid next month at a wedding She is wearing a black Dress with a pink bow around the waist. What do I wear, that would look good in photos at the reception with her. Last week, report mentioned that more than half of the suicide bombers in Iraq were Saudis, and a few days ago your government decided to provide Saudi Arabia with 20 billion worth of weapons.
Are we missing something here? Why don't they handle the weapons to Bin Laden personally? At least it would be less hypocritical.
What's the difference between the Saudis and the Iranians? They both want to destroy the Americans' efforts in Iraq, and Iraq itself.

I'm expecting twin boys in October, and my husband and I are having a difficult time deciding on what to name them. I know I don't want anything that rhymes or is too plain. They have an older sister (2 yrs. old) named Cherry Lee. My husband and I are young tattooed punkers and are looking for names that will fit well with us.

I found it very funny that he mentioned that he was selected for being loud! If cricketing ability would've been the criteria, England might've had a better result in the test.

This story is so sad. I'm always afraid of bridges like these, because I imagine that it would collapse like this. I wonder why the city didn't reconstuct the bridge if it was in bad condition. I've heard articles state that it was because of the dramatic weather changes, that the cement started to crack. I just hope something like this wouldn't happen to me, or anybody else for that matter!
