Both.

(For the record the real answer is men... Don't report me! It's just an opinion!)

Men - physically (without a doubt), emotionally too (won't cry as often as women, but WILL cry sometimes - crying is just one aspect of the emotional part, there are a WAY more to it then that)

Men are able to stay focussed in random & unexpected situations, men are... I think I got a little carried away, I better stop before it's too late lol.

Our weakness - we get into trouble far more often then women. I mean look at me right now, I still don't know why am I giving such a detailed answer when I could have just answered like Judas, with 3 words: "Men are stronger".
See what I mean lol?

Of body; Men
Of mind and spirit; Women; Women seem to be able to withstand more, and perhaps it is the way we were made to be; as we are not the physically stronger ones, we need to be the emotionally stronger ones, as in theory (or in a perfect world) we would be around for the men to lean on when things go wrong.
An example would be: Look at the difference in the way a woman will survive the break up of a relationship vs. a man.....a man will generally run with his arm flailing about right into the arms of another woman, mainly for intimacy alone, which he will interpret as love; and in doing so may allow his weakness to complicate his problems; because of his emotional weakness. A woman on the other hand may seek out comfort else where, but KNOWS it's just that comfort. She will use survival tactics and knowledge, and feel her heart ache, heal her wounds, and be all the more stronger in the end. Certainly just an opinion men, sorry.

If we use this definition of strong (5.of great moral power, firmness, or courage: strong under temptation.) I would say women. are stronger than men. Wars, crime, child (family) abandonment favor men. The majority of politicians are male. Look at the waste of money, time and energy spent in bureaucracy. Women have the courage to compromise when threatened. The courage to stay with the family during difficult times.
The courage to say NO!!!!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!!

Yes, women are stronger than men.

Men are physically stronger in sheer brute strength. And becuase of that women have had to be stronger in endurance and mental capabilities.

Women are far stronger than men.

Woman...she has more to deal with than a man. Emotions, physical limitations, childbirth, menopause , and men...not to mention the everyday things she has to juggle.

I read your question to NOT mean physically.
