That is normal. A lot of woman still feel cramps the day after like its day 1. If the cramps are that bad go home. Icy Hot has a product on the sheleves which is just for cramps. It wraps area your tummy and provides warmth, it works really well. Get one of those and see how it works. The cramps should lighten up or go away by the end of the day. If its really bad take some Motrin.

Drink lots of water, take a walk if you can manage, don't do a lot of sitting in one place. Your body wants to move and get some circulation going. More than anything you sound a bit dehydrated and that could be the reason for the cramps. If not, you can always call your doctor in the next hour.
You may want to try drinking a couple of glasses of Pedialyte, it will help with the cramps and it tastes pretty good too.

If it's really bad just go home, you don't want to be suffering at work. Just tell someone who's female and if there isn't anyone female just say you have 'woman troubles' and they won't ask any questions, trust me! I wouldn't worry about the cramps I sometimes get them before, during and after, everyone's different. Tell your mum though and if they don't go away, go to the doctor. Don't take the paracetamol if they make you feel worse either!

I still get cramps when i have finished too- body constantly re adjusting itself. If you only have paracetomol you can only take them unless your boss will allow you to leave to go to the chemist for something else- i usually take syndol because they are gentler on the stomach- but they do tend to make you drowsy. Try to walk around a bit because sometimes that helps.

It sounds like you have a UTI (urinary track infection). Some people know they have one because it hurts when they pee, others have cramps. You're fine but you do need to go to the Dr. and make sure that's what it is. You'll just have to pee in a cup, no biggy. Then they'll let you know. And if you DO have one then they'll give you an antibiotic.

the nausea could also be part of your period symptoms. I always get an upset stomach and diarrhea with cramps.
Lemon tea seems to help me. Good luck!

My stomach does the same thing. don't worry, it should go away about 24 hours after your period stops. If it doesn't you can try to cope and wait or you can go see a doctor to check it out.

I never had this happen to me but I would recommend calling the doctor during your lunch break to let them know what's going on to see what else they suggest. Also, let them know about the symptoms you are having with the medication you have used.
