Heather Tom (ex-Victoria Newman, Y&R) is going to be seen on canvas as Brooke's (Katherine Kelly Lange) insecure little sister, Katie Logan. We'll fill you in on when she'll debut as soon as we know!

I was looking at the picture that they had of Heather Tom (Ex Victoria on Y&R) and is it just me or does she look like she has lost weight since she has been on Y&R? If you want to see the picture that I'm talking about go to soaps.com click on B&B go to comings and goings and look at the picture they show of her. She looks really good, I think!!

Well i did have it but it aint working and it will cost $1000 to fix. Is it possible to get a cooler for cars that you plug into your cigarette lighter? and when you are driving you can keep it open so the cold air comes out into the car? is that possible? and its not problem to always run it full force while you are driving right, because it runs on your alternator right, and your alternator keeps going forever right??? or should i buy a $100 square air conditioner and plug it into an inverter? and please dont say to roll down the windows, as it doesnt keep you cool enough and is extremely irritating for long periods and you cant hear your music. thanx!!

I have been in this situation several times i think but the most hurtful one was when a man who my family had known for years, died suddenly. About a year or so before he died, he had bought a wee mini jukebox from me(he was a bit of a wheeler dealer type of guy)and he always told me one of his daughters loved it and wanted it for herself. Anyway, after the funeral, his son phoned me and told me he wanted me to have the jukebox to remember his dad by, i did suggest he give it to his sister who had like it etc but he insisted. End of story you would think? NOOO. Next thing i know, i mentioned what had happened to my dad and he said he heard i had ASKED FOR IT!!!! So there was someone out there claiming i had went looking for this jukebox just after someone died!! I was horrifed but no matter what i said, the damage was done!!
As for the jukebox...its lying at various places in my house, not being used, taking up space... but i feel i need to keep it now.

If you have half of these apply to you, you have a problem!!

1) You see something hilarious and shout “LOL, LOL!”
2) You talk on the phone with the same person you are currently instant messaging.
3) You meet the mailman at the curb and you swear he said “you’ve got mail.”
4) You sign off and your screen still says you’ve been online for 6 days and 24 minutes.
5) You fall asleep and instead on getting dreams, you get IMs.
6) You buy a laptop and a cell phone so you have AOL in your car.
7) Your pet has its own homepage
8) You beg your friends to get an AOL account so you all can “hangout.”
9) You have your screen name as your license plate
10) You actually invite a large group of people to your house for an “Internet Party”
11) You’re on the phone and you say “brb” or “gtg”
12) You have internet in your bathroom
13) You and your BFF say “OMG!!” and “WTF??” instead of “ohmygawd” and “what the freak?”
14) When you’re depressed you check your email

I want to study geophysics, cosmology and maybe even biochemistry ... but initially, I want to finish a BS in geophysics, and then slowly work on the rest as I'm able.

Here is my question; I want to study these fields because of my intense interest in them, but am very unsure what I want to do with the knowledge, career wise. I'm in Texas, so I know there is work to be had with the oil companies, but I wanted to know what sort of other opportunities (besides teaching!) there are with a BS in geophysics. Would I need to complete a Master's or even my doctorate to be worth anything? Any input or advice would be appreciated ...

Also, does anyone know if it is VERY important where you have your degree from? I work my way through school and support myself so money is obviously an issue. I completed my two year/Associate's at a community college and am attending the University of Texas at Arlington for my BS.

I recently purchased a laptop from a pawn shop and was surprised to see that it still has a lot of the previous owners personal info on it. Is there a quick and easy way to get rid of his personal stuff, while keeping the important stuff (Windows, etc)? Or do I basically just have to send whatever I don't want to the recycle bin?

I don't know of any other first world country that still uses the imperial system. How come america never made the switch. Joke all you want but metric makes alot more sense. 1 liter water = 1 kilogram. The conversions between measurments are easy everything is base ten. 16 ounces in a pound 2000lbs in a ton wtf? Is there a good reason the switch was never made?
