I have a friend who escaped from a mental hospital just yesterday. She is currently staying here at my house. My question is should I try to take her back even though she is adament about not going. I don't want to betray my friend, but I know she needs the help right now.

My boyfriend and I have been together for a little over a year and 6 months ago we moved into an apartment together. We are very happy, very much in love. Here's the issue: Whenever I cook (which is almost every night) he raves about how great of a cook I am. I love to cook and pride myself on being able to create delicious meals. Italian is my specialty. He loves my meatballs, stuffed shells, pasta sauce, lagana...everything (he always goes back for seconds, even thirds some nights). His brother and sister inlaw are coming to visit this weekend. They are bringing their 2 yr old and newborn. Since its last minute we don't really have the $$ to go out to eat every night. I was talking to him about dinners I could make for all of us. I suggested lasagna because he always says its so good. When I mentioned it to him, he said "Well, maybe we could try something different." I let it go, but should I be offended?

I received my new passport, but of course, there is no visa inside. My consulate told me I have to take action by myself and contact the USCIS. The problem is that neither the website nor the phone number gave me info as what I should do and I didn't succeed in making an appointment.
If only I knew where to go, I could wait on line until somebody could tell me what is needed and how to proceed to make a duplicata of my visa or to make a new one. But I don't even know where the office is. I really need help.

I am really in love with this guy, I love everything about him and that includes his flaws... I want to be with him forever.... but how do I know how much he loves me when he is really shy and has a hard time talking aout his feelings? (I do know that he loves me though, I just don't know how much)

i have some blanks CDs and i have an old laptop w/o a floppy disk drive

by looking at my text mess. and call log on my phone. The "other" man and I are just friends and talk on the phone a lot. We no longer sleep together(its been 10 months since the last time) or see eachother much but there still is some physical attraction there and it shows in the texts. Now my husband is constantly asking me if I talked to this man. I say no but he doesn't believe me. I am still talking to him. My husband is always looking over my shoulder. I can't use the computer or cell phone in his presence because he gets suspicious. I love my husband but he refuses to take any responsibiilty for this. marriage is a two-way street and our 15 year marriage has not been good. I am not in love with this other man but we have become great friends in the past year and a half. We are both married with children. What should I do? Separate? work it out?

Lets say for instance that someone might have an alien artifact. This is a solid object say 18"X18" square.

And on that artifact there is writing. Lets say that the writing is more like symbols. But this symbol is more than just a symbol, but a specific function of the material in question. You can't interpret that symbol function because of its far advanced meaning. But, upon breaking a piece off of this square object and looking under a microscope you see that even the smallest piece is a exact copy of the whole, that somehow the meaning of the symbol is copied in every molocule of this material.

Lets say that when activated or charged, the square knows it is meant to automatically place itself somehow in a functional enviroment because that is what it was built to do.

So now lets say that when you have charged/activated the square, even the smallest piece you break off activates and comes to life taking its place with the square as if it was still a whole functional device.
