basically about 6 months ago we had agreed on a small payment plan for my 2800 dollar debt. then i found out one of his associates had harrassed my mom at my old house which really upset me. so i cancelled the agreement a few days before he was supposed to take the payment from my checking account and closed the account.after he got the stop payment the collection agency threatened me saying i wrote a hot check and he was sending the sherriff over to arrest me for writing hot checks and said when i am done with you you will be in jail and not have a dollar left. well i havent heard from them in almost 5 months until today as they sent a supposed middleman to say he was trying to resolve this and that he had record of me writing 6 bad checks because they have been trying to get the same 175 dollar payment each month even though the agreement was off and the account was closed before any of their attepmts went through. basically he said the sherriff was coming to arrest me. what can ido

3 dudes stay at a hotel
the bill is 30$
so they split the bill evenly, 10 each
the cable isnt working on this night
so the hotel refunds them 5 dollars
the bellhop runs it up to them
since 5 cant be divided evenly between 3 guys
they each take a dollar and give the bellhop the remaining 2 dollars
since they each got a dollar back
they really only paid 9 dollars
there was 3 of them
9 times 3 is 27
they gave the bellhop 2
thats only 29
where is the other dollar?

My partner knows that I want to have kids and that I am ready now.. but I am waiting until he is also ready.. but I have recently missed a couple of my pills as i was away and didnt take them with me and i also realised that some medication i was taking affects the pill also.

The pill is the only contraceptive we are using at the moment and he has always told me that if i do get pregnant unexpectedly he will stick by me and be happy about it.

What do i do if i turn out to be pregnant? (I cant test for another 10 days or so) but i really dont want him to think i was going behind his back because i wasnt!

What do I do?

..I'm really nervous..

During the carefully regulated nation wide polling done during the debate, Ron Paul clearly dominated the polls in all positive categories (with the exception of Best Dressed) and CNN refuses to even talk about him in the after debate commentary. They pretend he doesn't even exist.

CNN showed its true colors...Corporation Owned Talking Heads.

But I want to hear all your comments...do you think CCN is totally bias or is Ron Paul really invisible and only we see him during debates?

All opinions welcome..just try and be honest.

My favorite thing to do is to just take a drive and go where ever, as far as I could until I ran out of money or gas. But since I can't do that, I guess I'll have to go to my favorite park on the outside of town and sit by the water and think or take picture or write poetry. Even the walk is tranquil.
