Hi, currently pursuing Bsc in Math (Canada).....what career oppurtunities do I have with Undergrad degrees in Math and Econ (planning to double major).

Can I get a decent Job in Banks ?

Does anyone else out there have vertigo? I've had it for years and it's getting worse and worse, I get some awful attacks... I'm dizzy 24/7... does anyone have a good remedy, at least temporary remedy for this? I've been to so many doctors, taking so many MRIs, CTs, etc... Been put on so much medicine, nothing works... does anyone know anything?

Now before you are too quick to reply with the obvious, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND that the internet is literally millions of networked computers and there isn't one computer that is some kind of internet master computer.....REALLY, I get that. A few years ago, I happened to catch 20/20 or Dateline where they showed the viewers these enormous supercomputers underground and they told us that this is where the internet is located and even made reference to monitoring content and viruses and stuff. Where are these huge supercomputers? Is there really a main internet gateway of these supercomputers? Offer a link if you can.

We rent in CA, and for over a week there has been construction on our building. It goes on from sun up to sun down and it's very loud. I work from home and the noise makes it very difficult to focus, not to mention my new born has trouble sleeping. Per Southern California cost of living, we are paying nearly 75.00 a day to live here! What rights do tenants have in this situation? Can the company still charge us full rent under these circumstances?

When my fiance and I get married in July am I able to use the VA hospital after this? He was disabled (back problems) We were together the whole time he was in the military and I couldnt us it then but when we get married and I able to us the VA hospital? What about our children? What about me having kids there? Any know or have experience with this? I tried to look it up online but couldnt find anything. Thanks

Being the nice guy I am (and because of my thirst for knowledge) I decided to take the points hit myself and ask it where it should be in the first place. Pardon the "evolutionists" part, I do know that this has nothing to do with evolution.~

We were taught in public school that it took thousands or millions of years for rock layers to form. We were also taught that it took thousands to millions of years to form stalactites. I saw a stalactite that formed on a bridge (draw bridge that was stuck in the up position after a barge hit it) in a matter of weeks. How do they explain hats and other articles of clothing becoming fossilized in less that 100 years?

If the earth is billions of years old is the relatively small amount of data (only 100 years worth) on carbon decay a statistically valid sample size?
