Basically what I'm asking is if this is legal? These parents are doing odd jobs and getting THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars in tuition in return. Should the parents be considered employees or something and be taxed?

A little more back story, a private high school in my area recruits and gets poor athletes from public schools to come play football for them and gives them tuition that way.

What would be the city/region you would most want represented? For fun, feel free to mention names & which league (AL vs. NL) too or even expansion teams for other sports (NHL, NBA, NFL, MLS, etc...)

I was thinking a New England team would be interesting. Only problem is the NL-east & AL-east already have five teams. A Portland, Oregan team might help add to the four team AL-west.

if λ in R is a root of the characteristic polynomial, how can i show that there exsists an eigenvector, x that is in R^n of A with eigenvalue λ.

is this also true if λ is not in R
