It depends on your look to be honest. If you want something bold and daring go for bright or dark colours or contrast the two. Sections of colour are still in. My hair is brown so I got blonde bleached in around my hairline so that my temples and fringe were blonde. It gave me a versatile look as I could go for the intended cut of brown with blonde peeking out from underneath, or I could pull all the brown back and walk around with the blonde showing at the front and a brown pony tail. It wasn't a deep section that was dyed though, it was thick enough for my fringe but not too much. If you have quite dark hair you could go for blonde or baby pinks, blues ect.. or if you have light brown/blonde hair you could go for black or other dark browns and reds. You could go for neon too.. underneath still looks good if you have a layered cut so that it's not a lot of colour but still seen. Or if you want subtle go for a tone that's a few shades darker then your own so that it's noticable but not too much :D hope that helps

With all the new shades you go and pick one out. Don't forget about skintone, eye color.
