Boiling water removes most impurities that causes sickness so it is safe to drink at any time. Water at room temperature is better to drink and easier on the metabolism while cold water makes your body work harder but tastes better. Add a drop or two of lemon or lime juice for taste and you'll be able to drink more.

Absolutely. It is the normal way to sterilise water and remove the taste of chlorine etc. We do it all the time. A heck of a lot cheaper than buying these bottled waters - which are exactly the same in my view at prohibitive prices.

I think it would be okay because you see that when cities have had water line problems etc they say "there is a boil advisory" in effect until further notice. I would drink it then

Yes, its safer than unboiled water. That's how to kill germs that could possibly make you sick. If you live somewhere where the water isn't safe because of bacteria, etc, you should always boil your water before you drink it.
