I reinstalled the whole system of my Gateway Notebook, Model MX6436. Now, I cant find the drivers for audio, and the modem. I actually cannot find out the name of the audio and the modem devices, as they are not installed, and so cannot figure out the way how to find the drivers for it.

I live in London, and we have many Asian takeaways, but very few eat-in Chinese or Japanese cuisine restaurants. Is there a reason for this? Is this just a British thing, or do other countries notice a shortage in their cities too? Do people consider ethnic cuisine fast food, as opposed to gourmet food?

(I love tofu/bean curd!)

Will you fight or will you call upon the soldiers that have volunteered to defend this country? I am inclined to believe the latter than the former. This question is in response to those nay-sayers that have and will post in my, "If you've never served a day in the military, what gives you the right to scorn them?" thread. It's easy to say what you do until faced with that very plight. Will it EVER happen, I doubt it, but who really knows? Remember 9/11? No American thought THAT would ever occur, but it did. If it ever were to happen though, they won't be accepting hugs, handshakes or "hits" from your bongs, they'll want your hides. And even though you trash the Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force, I know they would still fight for YOU, because they know why they serve. They're a team, selfless and honorable. I side with them because I used to be one of them. I want a better world for generations to come and if I had to fight to reach it, then that's what I'd do.

I have SBC DSL a HP desk top and am looking to buy a notebook computer...but would feel better if I at least knew what I am going to do once I DO get it.....someone said I need a wireless "card? In case you don't know, he's the Prime Minister of Australia, and we all think he is. In Australia he's seen as a bit of a Bush Wannabe, even flaunting that he goes to church! We like to separate church and state here. He's also copying Bushs ultra-Right immigration policies. So, politics aside, is this a case of Single White Female, but perhaps more Old White Bigot?

I uncovered a 3" PVC pipe that encases the wires for the phone line into the house when I was digging holes to plant some trees. The pipe is fine and there is no damage or anything so is it ok to still plant my tree beside it?

i am not a vegitarian, but i would be repulsed at the thought of eating a rat, rabbit etc. meat is meat and you people have obviously found a way to live without it. i live a very active life can i get the energy from veg alone (PS i refuse to take artificial supliments)?

How do I get it so when I go back to a word and try to add a letter or something it doesnt overwrite what I've done? Like say if I spelt fish wrong like fsh and I wanted to add the I how do I adjust the sttings so that Ican insert the i in between the fsh and not end up deleting the s instead.

I don't know. I don't touch myself inappripriately. I just like to not wear pants when I watch the show. I think it has something to do with all the things they get to do and I feel they feel free being they have the freedom and money to do so. So in turn, I feel free and take off my pants and underwear. I've only touched myself inappropriately one time. That is when that red headed girl "Kari Byron" when they were doing the feet thing and she was barefoot. I like feet, so what. She drives me nuts. Um anyway, is this weird that I watch the show in this manner?
