yes practice does make better the longer you practice something and your goal is to do better yes, yes .remember an old saying the sky is the limit so reach for it.practice no matter how good you are never stop practicing.

About 90 percent of improvement comes from lots of repetition. But, the key to being really good, is knowing what elements to work on at each stage of improvement, when to focus on just one thing, and when to start putting it all together. That's why you can't win without a really great coach/teacher.

Yes! .. hmmm well now i come to think about it .. it depends on what you are doing.. i mean if you are doing something that is virtually physically impossible for you then i would say no to your question.. like being amazing at sumo wrestling when you are against the fattest one there and you are a size 4!
