hi i m suffering from codeine withdrawal ,i my dry since 40 days but suffer from sever leg pain,restlessness during night, constant pullingn pricking sensation in my leg which worsens at night. please anybody help me if u known anything that can releive my suffering.

But one thing does stand out in all of this besides scammers and such. One of you said basically, go to him because we don't need anymore immigrants. At least he's willing to do it legally....Pay attention to the news....Look at all the people that are here illegally and get onto our "aid" systems....(when alot of american born americans can't even get aid when they really do need it) .there's -0- being done about the ones that are here already and the efforts to keep more out are not working. Our country was based on immigrants, remember?

there are so many videos of police using excessive force and violence to people who are not a threat. i've seen cops straight up punch a guy in the face 10 times in a row while he's handcuffed and being held down by 2 other cops. like the PEACEFUL demonstration the Hispanic community had in LA this week and you see videos of cops using their batons just beating a guy who is of no threat to them. so back to my question, why do people make such a big deal about what Imus and whine and this and that.

Why would a god INSIST that I believe in his existence to get into heaven or be a good person? Surely all he is bothered about is that we pursue a good life with morals? I do anyway! I want to design a small circit.
Basically I want a timer, which when activated, counts from 1 to any variable (in this case lets say 100).

Each count should be 60 seconds apart, so we get a Beep or Buzz every 60 seconds. At each interval, I want a small display to count how many buzzes we have had, so at 30 minutes the display would say 30!

Simple. Or not??

I've built a few Maplin's kits in the past and I'm pretty handy with a soldering iron, but I dont know anything about how to make things like this.

Any help would be great - or if you know of a pre-made time like this, that would also do.

It was dark. The thunder in the distance was a sure fire sign that a storm was heading this way. Not a soul walked the streets tonight. Inside an old run down church a cultist stared out the window. He was look out for the imperial scum that had run out necromancy and other cults out of the country. The black Dragon cult was well known for its "Ways" to deal with people.
