If the manager of your department, who you know only professionally (on a superficial level and nothing personal) has treated you despicably by taking credit for research you done and a problem you fixed, and instead of givng you credit, he made you look/feel bad by making it look like you didn't know what you're talking about and made himself look good like he did the reasearch and fixed the problem, will you help him the next time he is in a position where he needs your help, knowing the outcome of the situation (he will make himself look good and he will make you look bad)? Also: Why does he do this?
