Ronny,
It is nothing to worry about. It is just the extra skin that covers the head. Some like to be circumsized as it is easier to keep
your penis clean and maybe less risk of infections.
. I might add that alot of young men now have acess to body building products like testosterone boosters, Testosterone creams ect. Nitric oxide boosters to build there muscles. At your age these products can and often do cause penis growth! Also certain herbs like Fenugreek, L-arginine and others will raise testosterone levels a bit. If you use any of these I would stop using them. Hope this helps

Circumcision is the surgical removal of the foreskin, the tube of skin that covers the end of the penis when the penis is relaxed (not erect). It can't happen by itself.
Several people here have called it "extra skin" -- that is incorrect! The skin is not extra at all. It is true that a man can get along without it, but that skin is full of nerve endings and very important to sexual pleasure once you are older. And it also protects the glans (head) of the penis from rubbing and other irritation.
If you still have your foreskin, don't let anyone cut it off! More than 85% of the men in the world have foreskin, and most are very happy about having it. It is natural, normal, and desirable. If your parents let it be cut away when you were a baby, that's unfortunate, but you will be okay anyway. They were probably told by the doctor that it should be done; people didn't know then what they know now. So try not to be angry if it was done to you--your parents just believed what the doctor told them.

As you have already read circumsion is the cutting of the tip of the skin of the penis on a male. It is normal either way, if your circumsized or not. You will know if your are by the way your penis looks. An uncircusized penis has skin that can be pulled all the way up and over the penis. A circumsized one you cannot put skin over the tip of the penis. I have heard from a reliable source( my husband who is not circumsized) that when your are not circumsized that sex could be painful at first because the skin has to stretch out and could rip as the penis enlarges. But once it has done that there is no more pain. Let;s see what other info could I give you....when I had my son my husband and I debated the issue about circumsizing him or not. After speaking to my mom about it we decided to do it. She told me that my father was not circumsized as a child. When your not circumsized you need to make sure you clean under that foreskin very well so that you don't get any kind of infection. Well anyway my father went of to war during WWII he was in the jungles. Before he went he had to be circumsized as an adult at the age of 23. It was quite a awful experienc to have to go through as an adult. He had to have it done because it would be hard while out at war to keep yourself clean out in the jungles as you normally would. So that's the reason I had my son circumsized because I didn't want him to have to have to go through that later in life.

Circumcision
Circumcision is the surgical removal of the foreskin, the tissue covering the head of the penis. It is an ancient practice that has its origin in religious rites. Today, many parents have their sons circumcised for religious or other reasons.
When Is Circumcision Done?
Circumcision is usually performed on the first or second day after birth. (Among the Jewish population, circumcision is performed on the eighth day.) The procedure becomes more complicated and riskier in older babies, children, and men.
How Is Circumcision Done?
During a circumcision, the foreskin is freed from the head of the penis (glans), and the excess foreskin is clipped off. If done in the newborn period, the procedure takes about five to ten minutes. Adult circumcision takes about one hour. The circumcision generally heals in five to seven days.
Is Circumcision Necessary?
The use of circumcision for medical or health reasons is an issue that continues to be debated. Currently, the American Academy of Pediatrics does not recommend routine circumcision for newborn males stating the evidence was not significant enough to prove the operation's benefit. The procedure may be recommended in older boys and men to treat phimosis (the inability to retract the foreskin) or to treat an infection of the penis.
Parents should talk with their doctor about the benefits and risks of the procedure before making a decision regarding circumcision of a male child. Other factors, such as your culture, religion, and personal preference, will also impact your decision.
What Are the Benefits of Circumcision?
There is some evidence that circumcision has health benefits, including:
A decreased risk of urinary tract infections.
A reduced risk of sexually transmitted diseases in men.
Protection against penile cancer and a reduced risk of cervical cancer in female sex partners.
Prevention of balanitis (inflammation of the glans) and balanoposthitis (inflammation of the glans and foreskin).
Prevention of phimosis (the inability to retract the foreskin) and paraphimosis (the inability to return the foreskin to its original location).
Circumcision also makes it easier to keep the end of the penis clean.
Note: Some studies show that good hygiene can help prevent certain problems with the penis, including infections and swelling, even if the penis is not circumcised. In addition, using a condom during sex will help prevent STDs and other infections.
What Are the Risks of Circumcision?
Like any surgical procedure, there are risks associated with circumcision. However, this risk is low. Problems associated with circumcision include:
Pain
Risk of bleeding and infection at the site of the circumcision
Irritation of the glans
Increased risk of meatitis (inflammation of the opening of the penis)
Risk of injury to the penis

removing of the foreskin of a penis, it is a minor surgical proceedure, usually performed by an Obstatrition or for religious purpose performed by a person trained to do just that proceedure including necessary prayers, this person is called a moel. In new borns the recovery period is very short a few days to a week in order children and adults the proceedure can be very painful and take several weeks to recover from. There is a lot of controversy over the necessity of this proceedure, some people call it savage, while there is evidence that it reduces the risk of infection and some talk that it might reduce the chance of contracting AIDS.

Whether you're circumcised or not you're normal.
It's when the foreskin is cut off (it doesn't happen by itself; it's surgery).
Most guys in the world are uncircumcised. It's most popular in the USA (although it's getting less common the younger you are), and less common in Canada and Australia, and almost unheard of in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. It's also done by Jews and Muslims for religion.
Here's an illustration. Compare yourself to it when you're soft, since when hard they can look very similar.

Foreskin isn't excess skin. The foreskin slides up and down during sex/masturbation to stimulate the head. See the first link below if you want more written details.
I hope that helps. Don't worry about it. You should be more scared about doing well in school. =P

The Foreskin replaced into created to cover the top of the penis. It replaced into been this sort as area of the unique layout of guy. It has served guy properly in the early years of his emergence for 4 legs to 2. As time stepped forward so did guy. the protection of the top of the penis persevered until eventually the religious cults took over the international and human beings. They then created an vicious attack in contrast for-pores and skin and because then it relatively is undemanding to have this foreskin faraway from the guy's penis. It has added been under attack as in 2006 the convention on HIV's had a document that indicated that those with foreskin and lively in sexual habit have a 80% extra useful probability to contract HIV from their companion than people who're circumcised. So there you have it. a somewhat finished answer on your question. it relatively is there by skill of layout and guy has altered it for it relatively is stable seems and wellbeing.

For males, circumcision is the cutting of the foreskin of the penis. For females, it is cutting off part of the vagina (I forget what part it is). Be happy with the way you are and don't worry about it.
