I've noticed a few questions implying that Jesus was gay, or referring to the claim that he was.
Now, I don't know what Jesus's sexuality was like; I don't think we have anything like enough evidence for most of these personal aspects of his life. But here's my question: if Jesus had been gay (entirely hypothetically), how much of a difference would it make?
Now, please don't answer to tell me he wasn't, because that's not the point. The question is hypothetical: if you were somehow presented with evidence today that proved to your satisfaction that Jesus had been more attracted to men than to women (again, try to imagine), how would that change your view of him? Would it make what you believe he taught and did any less noble? Would it make them in any way more noble?
How would it change your beliefs, whatever they are?
