They said we "got the house." How can they be so sure? Does this mean they did the title search already,so they're sure we'll get it? Is it possible we will close sooner? They gave us a certificate of compliance;the owners have agreed to fix stuff be4 we buy the house. Does this mean we are unofficially the new owners?
HELP!!

Is this ethical? Or even legal? I'm using an emulator to play old nintendo64 games on my computer. i would assume it's ok, as the console and games aren't sold anymore, but am I still harming the company's bottom line? what do you think?

I am having a baby in october, I am 6'3'' and about 300 lbs, I want to lose weight and shape up by october because there is certain kind of photography (artistic) that needs the dad to be shirtless in the picture and I won't do it otherwise, if I can shape up I will, but if not possible I might as well just take my time to lose the weight... (That and I hope my wife gets back into sex... )

Isa 19:19 In that day shall there be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at the border thereof to the LORD.
Isa 19:20 And it shall be for a sign and for a witness unto the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt: for they shall cry unto the LORD because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a saviour, and a great one, and he shall deliver them.

It doesn't seem like the mama will care for it. One of the eye is shut close, seems like an infection. The other eye is very watery. I called Animal control, they said they would come within 4 hours. Its already 8PM and I doubt they will come... I will try tomorrow morning. So far, I used a dropper to feed it some water, and some milk. I'm not sure I should've given it milk. What can I do to help her in the meantime? She is very weak and meows a lot.

The 2nd Amenmdment states: "A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State(1), the right of the People(2) to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

(1) This is a debatable point.

(2) As originally framed by Congress, certain commas and capitalizations altered. Among these were "Arms" became "arms", and "people" became "People".

Firstly, does selling guns without background checks to anyone with the ready cash have anything to do with the 2nd Amendment?

Secondly, for what reason did the states capitalize the "p" of "people"? Was it to ensure any psycho with a grudge could justify themselves as constituting a "well regulated Militia"?

Lastly, do state and federal forces, in their bearing of arms, not constitute a "well regulated Militia"?
