I was using the service on Morningstar.com because it offered a consolidated daily look at my finances from several brokerage houses together.

Now, I get constant phone calls from semi-legitimate firms offering different stocks or funds, but these guys sound straight out of the movie "Boiler Room" - strong Northern Jersey accents with little idea what the cr@p stock actually does. They always ask how my quarter is going and what I can do this quarter, etc? Just a nuisance.

Anybody else run into this with Morningstar.com or another service, if so, please share.

Yeah, I know Morningstar.com sold my name for XYZ amount of money, but for being the nation's weather vane on fund performance, do you think this is out of left field for them?

(BTW, I know it's Morningstar.com because I accidently misspelled my name on the account and it's funny to hear the missprounced name each time.)

I fell out with my close female friend-we didn't speak for 4 months-we got too close for comfort, I fell for her,she didn't feel the same.To deal with this,I broke contact-(not the best idea-I know!)

2 months ago we met for the 1st time since I broke contact,there was terrible tension bwt us-she didn't want to talk to me,snapped at me a few times!.I apologised for hurting her(when i broke contact)she snapped bck 'You never hurt me,ok!' -1. DID I HURT HER?

I iniated contact by asking if i can add her as a friend on Facebook,she said yes.I asked if we're still friends,she said YES,but replied bluntly+rudely! 2. WHY??

Contact has increased just THIS WEEK via Facebook(SHE INITIATED IT) It's like it used to be! 3. Why the sudden increase in contact?

I invited her to a roadtrip and she will join us!

I'm surprised we're in contact as she said "the friendship is OVER!" 4.Why she say that?

5. Is she just being nice to me? 6. Will she be nervous seeing me again?

As a kid, the catholic church's bloody history appalled me and was one of the things that led to my decision that it had no credibility.

But they are not alone. Other branches of christianity also have blood on their hands.

The treatment of the Amercan indians wasn't exactly friendly.

Northen Ireland wasn't just catholic killing protestants, it went both ways.

This bloody history continues with brutality against the muslim minority in the Philipines which would turn the stomach of any decent human being.

Some of the answers to a previous question of mine seemed to suggest that all christians except for catholic have a history of total peace.

Isn't this looking through rose coloured glasses?

Why do so many christians live in denial of history?
