I think I'm cursed with Scorpios. My father was one. (talking sun signs) My husband was a Scorpio and my bf is a Scorpio. No, I don't know more info or what to find out more about. All I know is I feel cursed, I keep hearing it's bad, with Scorpio for me but that's all I keep finding. My question is, with this little bit if info, is my relationship doomed/cursed? What should I find out about that will make me feel better about it? Thanks.

ok, so a basic electric motor is a ball of copper wire that turns when electricity is applied... I want to take that motor and make it so I can vary the speed of it, like the harder you press the botton, the faster it will go.

in the OT and the God in the NT. If you look at the OT God comes off as very wraithful and vengeful e.g. Turning people into pillars of salt and the whole 7 plauges deal. Then in the NT God comes off as all loving and merciful i.e. sending jesus and healing people.

I know that there some things that God does in the OT that seem loving and merciful but the number of things God seems to do seems to be wraithful in the OT

Please dont let this question come off as rude or arrogant, i'm serousily wondering this question . I would ask my pastor but whenever I ask him a question he either says he doesnt know or gives some answer that has absolutly nothing to do with what I asked

I just purchased a Denon reciever and am now looking to get speakers for it. Main use will be for TV (no fancy surround) and ambiant music. I enjoy a full clear mid range with a good "punch" as well. Can you get a good bass with floor speakers alone? I prefer the look of floor speakers over the small speakers hooked up to a sub. But will the sound be as good?
Also, when watching TV, (I just have a small mini Sony system, which I am replacing with the afforementioned Denon), will there be a big difference in the overall sound experience, even though I don't have the volume up that high, or is it only worth it for people who have it loud?
Lastly, would you recommend Yamaha, Polk or Athena?

I read an article the other claiming that the "homo Sapien" has been around for only 40.000 years and that we started to have our first computer in 1940. We are barely at the beginning of the computer technology. 250 years ago we had no cars etc.. Our ancestor a few millions years ago were playing with the monkeys in the trees. Anyways All that to say that we might not be that advanced comparing to a possible alien life out there. Our planet is a young planet. What if their technology is a few million years in advanced that ours?/ How can we communicate? What i their technology is 1 billion year in advanced of ours , could they be those angels & God that we are praying so much? Is life a real accident or the consequences of an alien plan? Are we studied?
