PONYTAILS! I also have long layered hair with sidesweep bangs, but with the exception of black hair. A cute hairstyle would just be a simple ponytail with your sidesweep bangs hanging out and on the side. Its spring so the hairstyle is in and makes sence. Also, it gives you and energetic and sporty look, and its simple and fast to do.

If you put you hair in loose pigtails, like whe the hair tie is at about the ear, that looks very cute, and will take the heat of your neck.
Also ponytails are always very cute.
