You should, butbring 1-3 persons, ONLY, so IoE it'll look like you've just invited some friends over(Which is what youll be doing, basically).
WHAT exactly you'll be doing with those friends is another story...
I say go for it, invite your GF, and(optionally, of course) a friend and his GF, or 2 other chicks, and play some strip game or something...Just google "adult party games" or something, and find one you like.
