besides pirhanas what other vicous fish are sold on the market?

Piranha really aren't vicious to be honest. But pike cichlids are. So are leopard cichlids if you have a big tank.

I'd have to go with the aggressive cichlids: red or green terror, jaguar cichlid...some Jack Dempseys (named after the boxer for a reason!)
There's a huge difference between a vicious or aggressive fish, and a predator. Predator fish eat other fish because that's what they do....it's not to be aggressive. Whilst some of the more vicious cichlids (flowerhorns for example!) can't be kept with any fish, not even others of their own breed. This has to do with territorial instincts. They bully. They terrorize. They fight.
Let's not count out the male betta either. Fighting to the death... and not because they're hungry :)

Bucktooth tetras are the most vicious fish I can think of.
Then maybe Oscars and some types of Cichlids.
