My lease ended 1/31/07 and my landlord advised me that on a voice message that I did excellent job with the clean up of the unit and that I should be receiving all of my security deposit back hopefully with 45 days. Well 45 days has elapsed and I have left several messages on the business # inquiring as to when I will receive my security deposit. This guy has not returned a single call. He had a history of not returning calls while I was a tenant, so I am not too surprised. The last message I left him was informing him that I would have to take legal action to retrieve my funds because he refuses to return my calls and in addition to it being beyond the 45 days turn around for return of deposit. I read somewhere that it is possible to receive up to 3X the amount when the landlord does not comply with deposit return. The property is listed in this guy's name but I found out the company he says he represents is listed under someone else, and he insisted that he is not property owner

Ive seen my mother in a couple of times?
once right before she died and twice after i was very close to her and miss her dearly whats going on this is so crazy
when isay once before she died she came to me in what i thought was real because i could swear she was next to my bed looking at my baby and wishing me a happy birthday but she was at the hospital in intensive care.when i told my husband i seen her he went to see herand she died 2days later has anyone else had this happen?

Think about the elliptical versus the spiral(an elliptical shaped galaxy is an oval, kind of like an egg.). Take a stab at explaining how a spiral over time and due to the effects of gravity, might eventually becomes an elliptical galaxy. *Remember, gravity is the resultant effect of the gravitational attraction between two masses.

I have written several questions and received answers. Using these answers and the questions themselves I would propose this as a theory.

The United States is a country where there are worshippers of many and varied Gods and many who do not except any Gods. This is well and true to the First Amendment of the Constitution of this nation. Any claim that this United States is a nation of any specific religion is in conflict with the United States Constitution’s Bill of Rights. As long as there is a pantheon of Gods or lack thereof in which people have faith, this is a secular nation of religious freedom. If any Government Official or document claims one religion as paramount over all others that Government Official and the document are legally in contravention of the Constitution and its Bill of Rights. Just the variation of Answers in my former Question the above is proven true.

I know, I know, there are SO many. You can't really choose, especially because the way one event completely changes all of history, so if you change one early battle then all the ones after that would be different if they even existed...but this aside, along with the difficulty of choosing, what would you say is the most important? If you really must, you can pick three. Please explain why they were so important. I personally say the Battle of Tours was a crucial one...So was the one, I can't remember what it was called (Please include it if you know it in your answer), where the Gauls refrained from attacking Rome in 390/393 (Its unknown the exact date) after defeating the Roman military. Mother and daugther get into argument. Daugther throws things at the wall. Mother punches her in the face, gives her a bloody nose and beats her down. Mother holds her down on the floor while she makkes a spectator go and get water to pour down her daugther's face so there'll be no evidence of blood.. She also rips off the daugther's shirt since there's blood on t. Mother gags daugther, and muffles her screams while holding her down on the ground.
Mother calls child's father.
Father comes and picks up teenager.
Father laughs at the situation and makes the teen stay at his house.
Is this considered emotional abuse towards the teen?
