normally i would have to say Carmel cause i love Carmel but with ice cream you need:
Chocolate hip cookie dough ice cream
Chocolate syrup preferable fudge
A little bit of Carmel Syrup
Gummy Bears
Whipped Cream
and a Cherry!!!!!
that is the worlds best bowl of ice cream right there yes it is.

ice cream with carmel and choco syrup! both of them is fine!!! whatever u like~ but i would choose a choco on top, i cant live without them... can u?lol
