He is supposed to marry Holly sometime this year. That girl was smart to position herself to being #1. I guess money will buy it all!! Well when i was doing my leg excersises, i accidentily excersised too much and know my quads are SUPER sore... like it kind of hurts to walk. I shouldn't have overdone it. I am going skiing in about 2 days, and I don't want my muscles to still be really sore by then. Will it most likely go away? What are some ways i can help reduce the pain and stress in my muscles or even make it go away so i can ski without it hurting? Ice? Advil? Any tips please!

I think I heard that in history (somewhere) there where people(s) who would eat parts of their enemy to comsume their strength. Or they would eat the eyes to improve their sight. Or maybe I am thinking of people eating certain amimals for this reason? Yikes. I've got nothin, enlighten! enlighten!

I have a boss that at times is the best. AT other times he is ALWAYS right and very very opionative...he will come at you with a defensive question with blame already on his tounge and you cant say much you just have to try and find what ever it is he is looking for and go on and keep your mouth shut. But once you get to the point what your looking for isnt there and what he said he told you you know for a fact he did not, or what he says he gave you, you know with out question he did not, what and how do you handle someone like that. He owns the company i have worked for him for the last 12 years....he is getting worse DAILY! please help
