I'm a 3rd year science undergraduate in England, and over the last 2 years I've had some family problems which have caused me to achieve less than I am capable of. Now my problem is that I'm so scared and anxious about not getting the degree classification I want, I keep putting work off. I leave everything til the last minute even though I worry constantly about it. I will sit and plan and research my work for days and days but I just don't actually get it done. I am anxious and feel stressed all the time and I'm concerned about my health because of it. I feel like crying all the time but even after all that I still procrastinate!! Whats wrong with me?? Can anybody offer any advice on how to combat this anxiety and stress because I want to enjoy the last few months of my degree and work hard and achieve a good grade that I can feel proud of.

If you've known someone for about half a year online, and are really fond of her and would like to meet her for the first time, what is the recommended way to go about asking her this? Especially if you're both really close in communicating online and you genuinely mean well, and would never hurt her?

Well, we started off in July 2006, and just recently she broke it off out of nowhere. Then a couple days after the fact, she told me that she had cheated on me. This guy friend she hardly knew initiated it, he got his way for a short while before she stopped it. The irony was that he only accomplished that, no kissing or other kinds of touching. This was like a one night stand and she feels totally disgusted with her own behavior. Right now, she says she wants to be with me and only me, but just not right now. She still talks about marrying me and all that, but she wanted me to give her some time to forgive herself for this, before my forgiving her is an issue. I told her, I'll be her friend in the mean time, and we'll see later on. But I'm leaning towards giving her another chance, since it was a mistake. It's bad, but I'm just not sure.

I'll be checking back here often, so anyone can ask questions for me to clarify the situation.

I would do anything for my boyfriend of two years and he is definately my top priority, but he claims going to school for his career is the most important thing to him and that nothing is going to get in the way of that. And then he spends most all of his time with his best friend and I only see him on saturday nights usually. I feel like im always on the back burner. He never seems happy or too terribly excited to see me either, he says thats because we talk on the phone every night. Does anyone think this is normal? I love him so much but it really doesnt seem like he feels the same way, but could he just show his emotions differently? Im in way over my head and so confused and hurt. I would love to hear some advice.
