If you've known someone for about half a year online, and are really fond of her and would like to meet her for the first time, what is the recommended way to go about asking her this? Especially if you're both really close in communicating online and you genuinely mean well, and would never hurt her?
Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

I would just say I really like you & would love to meet you. If she says yes, let her know that the meeting places will be somewhere public so if either of you gets freaky vibes off of each other you can always leave. I wish you luck!

My suggestion if you are of age is to ask and then stay in a nearby hotel and then go out to public places. Get to know this person but give her the safety of meeting in public. There are many "bad" people online that can be scary for a woman, keep that in mind!! And good luck!
