Colorado. Detroit is in the fight for the #1 spot in their division (and #1 in the conference) with Nashville, and Joe Sackic and the Avalanche who's playoff chances aren't looking too great would love to upset Detroit's chance of winning the President's Trophy this year.
Detroit has a solid team that can carry them very far in the playoffs but they need a kick in the pants heading into april instead of cruising in like last season, having distance between them and Nashville may convince players on Detroit to step their game up to another level heading into the post season.

I was rooting for the Avs. I'm a Sharks fan and although the Wings already have a pretty sizeable lead over my Sharks, its not impossible to catch up so we can use all the help we can get. And the Avs are playing for their lives right now trying to make the playoffs and I'm always for the underdog. The good news was that the Avs did win, unfortunately it was in OT where the Wings still got a point. Lastly, i really must say.....Hejduk, Stastny, and Budaj are really on FIRE!

I was rooting for Colorado. Who in fact won that game in OT!!!! What a goal by Brad Richardson. Osgood needs to retire and fast.
