This question is entirely hypothetical.
If you are a Catholic and you marry a Catholic in a Catholic church. Sometime later you find that your partner has married you under the pretext of love. You partner had been involved with another person even before the two of you start dating.
Would you get an Annullment or a divorce?
If grounds for annullment are not met, a divorce is the only option...
your partner pushes for a divorce because he/she wants to marry the other person. Would you concede? As a Catholic you know you can't remarry if you divorce.
Your partner, by law has been granted the divorce, you are now a divorcee and you meet another person whom you have come to care for...would you engage in relationship with this person?
If you partner came back, realising that he/she has made a really really big mistake and promises/swaers to faithful, Would you take the partner back?
