Are fake boobs that great? I have a larger chest and I always hear split opinions. Do you prefer fake or real boobs? Are fake better because girls tend to show them off more? I have a friend who just had her chest done and its like the guys cant get enough of it, yet I sit there with real ones and its not that big of a deal.

Most men prefer real ones because they look and feel better. The reason why girls with fake ones show them off more (and the same reason your friend is getting more attention) is because they're brand new :-) Dont worry about it, people will get used to her and forget about "them" lol
I have a large chest also so im talking out of experience :-)

Fake boobs are definitely not that great. It just shows you are insecure about who you are as a person. Those guys are pigs that you don't want attention from anyway. Real is the way to go. =]
